Respawn confirmed that Apex Legends Mobile will be available in several countries starting next week.
EA had announced in Spring 2021 that Apex Legends Mobile would be available for closed beta testing in India and the Philippines. EA launched an open beta testing program on November 16, 2021, for all regions. Apex Legends Mobile will be officially launched in 10 regions starting March 2022 after four months of waiting. These are Argentina, Australia Colombia, Indonesia Malaysia, Mexico New Zealand Peru, the Philippines, and Singapore.
Apex Legends Mobile is available for download on both Android as well as iOS. Apex Legends Mobile will be available for download on both Android and iOS. The rest of the legends will be released during the global launch. Players will have the option to play in Arenas, Battle Royale, and Team Deathmatch. It is not clear if ranked matches are separate from standard matches, as most mobile games integrate them together.
Apex Legends’ success over the years is evident. Apex Legends was the most downloaded free-to-play game on PS4 in 2019. Twelve seasons later, Apex legends remain at the top of the battle royale food chain. With Apex Legends Mobile due out next week, the community is only going to grow. Next week will see a limited launch of Apex Legends Mobile for smartphones.
